Ans. If the student plans on watching/recording any live terrestrial TV or on BBC iPlayer, he/she will need to pay for your own TV License. You can set up your TV License here. He/she only needs a TV License if they are living in the UK.

If they are living in Spain, they do not need to buy a TV License.
