1.  Student Roost’s top priority is making sure the students have a comfortable and safe stay, so the students need to declare any medical information or disabilities on their application.

2. All Student Roost properties offer room types with additional and accessible facilities. When creating the application, the student should make sure to tick the ‘DDA’ box and enter in as much detail as possible so the property teams can ensure the student reserves the most suitable Roost for their requirements.
