Ans: If the student has signed a tenancy agreement with the management, the student will be the direct POC for them regarding anything and everything. They’ll only contact the guarantor if there’s a delay in payment, if the management is concerned that the terms of the student’s tenancy are not being complied with, or if the student has specifically given his/her consent for them to discuss the tenancy with a named third party. However, they can provide general information about the tenancy and processes.
