If the student or his/her flatmates have COVID-19, or need to self-isolate, and the student is not sure what to do, then let the property know so they can provide the students with the best support and guidance.
Anti-social behavior by the students. It can be any behavior that causes, or may cause, distress, nuisance, annoyance, alarm, or harassment to other residents, Student Roost team members, contractors, visitors to the property, or the wider community.
