Ans: Cloud will only contact the guarantor if there is a delay in payment or if they are concerned that the terms of the student’s tenancy are not being complied with. Unless the student has asked the management to notify them of other issues, they will only contact the guarantor if there’s a delay in payment or if they are concerned that the terms of your tenancy are not being complied with. Typically, delays in payment will relate to rent, but they will also cover issues like any damages to your room that haven’t been paid for. More information is explained in the agreement we’ll send to your guarantor.
