A guarantor is required for all customers who book directly with Unite. If the guarantor does not accept the agreement, the booking will expire and the student could lose his room. If the guarantor has not received their tenancy email we recommend they double check their inbox, junk, and spam folders for the email address that was provided when the booking was made.
