Most of Unite’s bookings do not require a deposit, but if the student did pay a deposit to Unite Students, it will be returned to the bank account which made the initial payment within 28 days after their tenancy end date.
If the student has any questions about a deposit they paid to their University, then they must get in touch with their University directly.
