If there are any terms or conditions which are unclear, or if they're still unsure, we recommend the student get in touch with you and you in turn get in touch with the International booking team. Once they've accepted their tenancy agreement, they have entered into a contract. If they want to change or cancel their tenancy at a later date, they’ll need to check Unite’s cancellation policy.
