Guide the student to follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Once the student has booked their room with Unite they will receive an email, titled 'Booking Offer Confirmation' and Acceptance. In that email, students will find a link to 'View' your agreement.

  2. Follow this link and log in with the registered email and password if prompted. If they have not yet registered an account the student will be asked to activate one using the email address they provided when their booking was made.

  3. The following 'Accepting your Agreement' page contains all their booking and payment information as well as the Terms and Conditions which they need to read and tick to confirm they have reviewed them. They can also download a copy of their Customer Agreement here and save it for their reference.

  4. Once they have read their agreement thoroughly and ticked to indicate that they have reviewed the booking details and terms and conditions, they can enter their password and click on the accept tenancy button.

The student has now accepted their tenancy agreement.
