They can use the web chat but post-booking completion. Do not direct the student to use the web chat option to confirm any query before the booking is complete. This will be a referral conflict scenario and the Unite’s policy will apply wherein Amber will not be able to extract a referral if the student proceeds with a booking through the web chat.
