If they’re sharing a flat, it’s a good idea to find out when everyone is leaving so that the cleaning in their kitchen and hallway can be shared equally.
The student should leave their kitchen/lounge/hallway clean and empty – they should not forget to clean inside the fridge and freezer and to empty their cupboards to avoid cleaning charges. If there are any items or food left in the kitchen or hallway, then removal charges may apply.
All cleaning, damage, and removal charges will be split equally between all tenants.
