All Unite show flats, and the images on their website, are representative of a particular room type unless labeled otherwise – however, they are not identical. The student’s room will have all the same features and fittings, just in a slightly different setup. If the student is unhappy with their room, please speak to the reception team post-move-in. Where there are other rooms available Unite will offer these as an alternative. Please be aware that these requests may incur a charge.
