The student can move in on or after the start date of your tenancy.

Depending on the property they're moving into, they'll be able to use the Get Ready for Check-in feature within the MyUnite app to let the property know their preferred arrival day and time. Unless specified otherwise the student must book a check-in slot so the property knows when they would like to arrive. Alternatively, they'll be sent further information on check-in days via email.

If the student needs to check in outside of Unite’s reception open hours, call their 24/7 contact center on 0300 303 1611 when they arrive. The property will send a member of the team to welcome the student to their new home.
